
Licensing options.
BEeS is available for use at any quizbowl tournament, high school or college. Your purchase of of BEeS license includes the following:
- A copy of the BEeS Tournament Director software valid for use within the licensing period
- Lifetime troubleshooting for stats from tournaments hosted within the licensing period
- Permanent web hosting for your tournament stats and .stat data file
There are three licensing options: One-time, Personal yearly, and Organization yearly.

| Purchaser licensed to use BEeS to keep stats at one tournament, and to install BEeS Tournament Director on one computer. BTD must be uninstalled after the tournament and related stat-keeping concludes. | ![]() |   |   |
| Purchaser licensed to host unlimited tournaments using BEeS within one year, provided that purchaser is the tournament director. Purchaser may install BEeS Tournament Director on any of their computers, or computers they use to run a tournament. | All tournaments hosted by the purchasing organization (high school, university, question-writing company, quizbowl alliance, etc.) within the one-year licensing period may use BEeS to keep stats at an unlimited number of tournaments, and may install BEeS Tournament Director on any computer owned by the organization or members thereof, or any computers used to run tournaments. BTD must be uninstalled after use on computers not owned by the organization or its members, and after one-year licensing period has elapsed. |   |   | ![]() |

By purchasing a license, BEeS users agree not to distribute the BEeS Tournament Director program in a manner contrary to the licensing agreements, which are detailed above and must be agreed to before purchase. Each copy of BEeS Tournament Director will contain embedded licensing information that can identify the source of illegal distribution or license violation, so don't do it.
