BEeS is a joint venture of Alejandro Lopez-Lago and Andrew Hart, current college students and quizbowl players. Alejandro is in charge of programming the programs in the BEeS suite, so he will answer all technical and how-to questions about the programs themselves. Andrew will field your questions licensing options, the website, payment protocol, and miscellany.
